Elevate and Align
A 7-Day Online Chakra Experience for Mindful Living
May 21st -28th
Thank you for joining our chakra challenge!
We will initiate the challenge on May 21st at 9 am PST with a Zoom call. You are more than welcome to commence the Day 1 morning routine before our call. This call aims to facilitate connection with the group and to address any questions you may have.
Remember, this commitment to the challenge is entirely for your benefit. If you're seeking a life-changing transformation, I encourage you to approach this challenge as if your life depended on it.
Each day, you will be tasked with a morning and evening routine. On Wednesday, May 31st, we will send you a link to schedule your individual integration call for this challenge. The call will be accompanied by a written exercise designed to help you connect with and process energy and information from the specific chakra in focus.
Please feel open to share any experiences or issues that arise for you in our WhatsApp group. We are here to support each other throughout this journey.
Day 1: Root Chakra (Muladhar)
"To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognized need of the human soul." - Simone Weil
The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the color red. It represents our foundation and sense of security, governing our basic needs for survival, such as food, shelter, and safety. When balanced, the Root Chakra provides a feeling of stability, grounding, and connection to the Earth.
Guided meditation: Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Complete guided meditation before you complete the journal exercise.
Journal Exercise:
For today's journal assignment, you will be completing a "Dream Contract" with yourself. This contract serves as a personal agreement outlining your goals and aspirations for the next year. The purpose is to gain a clear understanding of who you want to be and what you want to accomplish. You may either print out the provided PDF or create your own version. Once completed, frame your contract and display it in a location where you can see it daily. Finally, share your completed contract or responses with the WhatsApp group.
Evening Routine: Take a 10-minute walk outside, focusing on the connection between your feet and the earth. When you return home, spend a few minutes in child's pose to ground yourself before bed.
Day 2: Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
"Creativity is intelligence having fun." - Albert Einstein
The Sacral Chakra is located just below the navel and is associated with the color orange. It governs our creativity, emotions, and sexuality, as well as our ability to experience pleasure and form healthy relationships. Guided meditation: Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Complete guided meditation before you complete the journal exercise.
Journal Exercise:
Reflect on your intuition and inner wisdom. Think back to the last time you recall turning inward and consulting your intuition to guide a decision or choice. As you recollect this, try to delve into the details of your physical sensation during that moment.
What did your gut feeling feel like? Was it a warm glow in the stomach, a shiver down your spine, or perhaps a sense of calm washing over you? Did you feel a pull or a push towards one direction? Was there a certain 'rightness' or resonance that you could feel deep within your body?
The more intricately you can describe this physical experience, the better. Remember, intuition often communicates through the body, so paying attention to these sensations can enhance your relationship with your inner wisdom.
Evening Routine:
For an effective evening routine, follow a guided EFT Third Eye clearing video. This can help balance your energy and enhance your intuition. To skip the introduction and get directly to the therapy part, go to the 2:30 mark in the video. Click here to watch the video.
Day 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head and is associated with the color violet or white. It represents our connection to the divine, spiritual wisdom, and enlightenment. When balanced, the Crown Chakra enables us to feel a deep sense of unity with the universe and a connection to our higher self.
Guided meditation: Crown Chakra (sahasrara)
Complete guided meditation before you complete the journal exercise.
Journal Exercise:
In our daily routines, we often grapple with self-limiting beliefs and narratives, constructed over a lifetime of experiences and conditioning. These perceptions can restrict us, making it difficult to evolve and experiment with fresh perspectives or actions. Our internal critic might discourage us from stepping out of our comfort zone and embracing the new.
Recognizing this, today's journal exercise is designed to aid you on this transformative journey. We encourage you to envision the version of you that fully embodies your spiritual essence. Consider this as your "Spiritual Avatar," a persona you connect with when seeking the purest and highest manifestation of your spirituality.
The concept of a spiritual avatar helps you transcend any long-standing beliefs regarding your spiritual capabilities, as this persona isn't confined by your typical self-perceptions or standards. So, let's explore this spiritual avatar more deeply:
- Assign a name to your spiritual avatar.
- Describe this spiritual avatar in detail. What do they look like? How do they feel?
- How does your spiritual avatar handle situations differently than your regular self?
- What strengths and qualities does your spiritual avatar possess?
- What practices or behaviors does your spiritual avatar engage in to connect with the spiritual realm?
By envisioning and understanding your spiritual avatar, you'll find it easier to navigate your spiritual journey and foster deeper connections with your higher self.
Evening Routine:
share with the group your experience going through the challenge.
